Plan ahead now – for a fixed rate fee we will provide telephone or email help, advice and answers to those difficult hardware and software questions. At our discretion we may also arrange a call out to your home or office to fix problems. We can also arrange for our courier to collect your faulty computer from anywhere in the UK for repair in our workshop.

For up to 60 minutes telephone or remote support per year the cost is only £10.00 per month.

You will also be eligible for discount on any purchases once you join this scheme.

Priority will be given to registered users if you require an on-site visit.

The monthly registration fee can be used for any service. This can include call out and courier charges.

We will inform you of your registration number once payment has been received.
